WHAT TO WEAR:
Shorts, T-Shirt, Socks
Cleats (football, lacrosse or soccer) OR Sneakers
LACROSSE STICK:
If you already have your own stick, please bring it. If you do not yet have a stick, we will provide you with one to use during the clinic.
EQUIPMENT:
If you already have some or all of the lacrosse equipment required to play, feel free to bring it with you.
A full set of lacrosse equipment includes:
Helmet (with mouthpiece)
Gloves
Shoulder Pads
Arm Pads
Mouthpiece
DON’T HAVE EQUIPMENT?
We typically do not use equipment for the first Beginner Clinic. If you are a beginner and do not have equipment, we will provide you with a set of gear to borrow should we decide to progress into drills requiring equipment.

SURF DAWG PRACTICE REVERSIBLE
Each Surf Dawg should have a practice reversible - one side white, one side navy blue.
The player's first name should be on the front in the designated area. This enables all of the coaches to address the kids by their first name and get to know them faster and easier.

HOW TO GET ONTO THE CDM HS CAMPUS
HOW TO ENTER THE CDM CAMPUS:
Please pull into the CDM Pool Lot (along Eastbluff Drive).
Enter the gate by the pool and walk straight back between the pool (on your right) and the gym (on your left). The CDM Lacrosse Complex is in the back of campus behind the pool and tennis courts.
If you park in the CDM Middle School Lot, enter campus behind home plate of the baseball field and walk straight back past the baseball batting cages. You will see the CDM Lacrosse Complex on your left.
